I'm a mom of four boys — so yeah, I get it.

Moms do everything for everyone and somehow end up last on their own list. I got tired of watching that happen, especially when it doesn't have to. That's why I work specifically with moms — because you're not struggling because you're lazy or undisciplined. You're struggling because nobody has helped you look at the patterns keeping you stuck.
