Hey there!

I'm so glad you ended up here!

My name is Lauren Gray but you can call me LG.

I want to first, thank you. With so many choices, I do not take your attention for granted and know I am here to help and encourage you.

A little bit about me

I am first and foremost, a daughter of Christ, a wife, a boy mom to four chocolate drops
(ages 24, 14, 8, and 2), a girl's girl, and a fitness and life coach to moms.

I am a health and fitness entrepreneur. I have a passion for helping women transform and take their lives to the next level. Why? Because I've been exactly where you are. Tired, unmotivated, depressed and needing a little push or a lil shove to get back on track.

Having been in corporate America since the age of 19, I understand stress and what it can do to the mind and body. With a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Education, I have built my fitness and life coaching programs for moms who are on The BRINK within their fitness journeys and are sick and tired of doing it alone.

I know that Health, Fitness, and Wellness are an inside job and I am an accountability beast! I teach women how to make themselves a priority without guilt. My philosophy is moderation, not misery. I believe we get one body and one life, and we need to make the most of it.

I coach my clients to make the best of their circumstances and encourage them to have fun along the way.
